Founder/Executive Director
Founder of M.O.T.I.V.E. The CEO of Starvin Mind Records and co-producer of Heart 2 Heart relationship talk show along with Timothy Hill (Producer) and Katrina Hill (co-producer). I am the producer of a podcast called "Just Kickin it" with host Olu Jabari who interview Michigan Grand Masters of Martial arts about the impact Martial arts have on their life. I have a Bachelor degree in Computer science. I was born in Pontiac Michigan, grew up in Detroit, and raised in Prison.
Timothy Hill
Board President
Timothy Hill is a strategic thought leader with over 20+ years of experience overseeing and managing cross functional teams and has overseen budgets of $60 million of federal monies. He currently serves as CEO of Detroit's celebrity Heart 2 Heart Relationship Talk Show and serves as President of the board for M.O.T.I.V.E.
Timothy earned a Bachelors Degree in Hospitality and a Masters Degree in Higher Education Student Affairs Leadership, both from Grand Valley State University.
Kathrina Graham-Hill
Board Treasurer
Kathrina Graham-Hill sits on the board of M.O.T.I.V.E as Treasurer. She is a Jamaican native who led a successful forensic career with over ten years of experience in investigations, procurement, budgeting and training.
She has tapped in to her creative and innovative skill set to cement her place as one of the co producers, host and marketing manager for the Heart 2 Heart Relationship Talk Show. Kathrina holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science and a Masters of Science in Forensic Science.
Olu Jabari
Board Member
Olu Jabari (Jabari’s Martial Arts Academy) is thankful for what God has done in his life and takes no credit for it-He is an entrepreneur of 25 years in the field of Martial Arts/Sports Karate/Physical Fitness/Politics. Earning more than 4000 awards, 50 National Championship Awards in the martial arts, and teaching over 15, 000 youth and families beginning at age 3 and up.
Olu was recently featured in Voyage Magazine as Rising Star see Information below. Olu has received Dozens of Awards from major organizations from around the country. In addition, Olu serves on multiple Boards of organizations throughout Michigan
